*Do your collars and leashes stretch?

While our collars and leashes are made with inner tube rubber, we use a non-stretch fabric that is sewn onto the top.  The result is a collar and leash that is close to 100% non-stretch.

*Where are your products made?

All of our products are made by hand in the USA, in Portland Oregon.  Because each item is handmade, there will be slight variations as each one is unique.

*How long does it take to receive an order?
All Cycle Dog products are handmade and will be ready to ship within 7 days of order receipt.  Most will ship within 24 hours of your order.

*What are your delivery methods?
We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail for all orders.

*How do I check the status of my order?

*What is your return policy?
Unused items may be returned within 30 days.  There is a 20% restocking fee.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.  To get an RA number, email us at info@cycle-dog.com or call at 503-318-8066.
